3. Financial Transactions

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

In no event shall hot464's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to hot464 in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ₱10,000, whichever is less. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and regardless of whether hot464 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your hot464 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements. Once an account is closed, you will no longer have access to your gaming history, transaction records, or any other account information.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed to arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, hot464 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. hot464's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by hot464, constitute the entire agreement between you and hot464 regarding the Services.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without hot464's prior written consent. hot464 may assign or transfer these Terms at any time without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
